Corporate Housekeeping/ Maid Service

**Starter Package**

We provide: coffee, filters, sugar, tea bags, creamer, paper towels, sponge, dishwasher detergent dishwashing liquid, trash can liners, laundry detergent, toiletries, soap, Kleenex and bath tissue.

Throughout the Apartment Home:

• Dust

• Clean Mirrors

• Vacuum upholstered furniture as needed (under cushions if removable)

• Pick up and straighten

• Empty wastebaskets (replace liner)

• Vacuum Carpeting

Kitchen:

• Clean all exterior surfaces including countertops, cabinet doors, & appliances

• Degrease and clean stovetop and drip pans

• Clean and sanitize sink

• Load and turn on dishwasher (soap provided)
• Empty waste baskets (replace liner)

Baths(s):

• Clean and disinfect toilet ,bathtub and sink

• Treat mold/mildew as necessary

• Clean mirrors

• Damp wipe cabinet doors as needed

• Clean and sanitize countertops

• Clean and shine chrome fixtures

• Empty wastebasket (replace liner)

• Clean Floor

• Wash towels and linens (soap provided)

Other:

• Make beds and replace used sheets with fresh linens.

Corporate Housing Cleaning FAQ

ACCESS: Our team will use a key from leasing office to gain access to apartment through the front door. Please, ensure that you have left the front door accessible-if you exit through a garage, do not leave the front door chain lock on ,so that our team may gain access. (Permission to Access must be faxed to leasing office)

DENIED HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES: If the housekeepers arrive at the apartment and are turned away by occupant on the day of service, they will not return until the next schedule date of service.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Please note that our housekeepers will no touch any of your personal items during our visits, but will do their best to clean around them. We recommend that you safely secure any personal items of value, including jewelry, documents, electronics etc..
